What’s included in a day camp timetable?

Football training is at the core of the camp, and coaching will be delivered by UEFA-qualified coaches and we have guests who join the camp to share their knowledge.

We deliver a number of workshops, focusing on key areas that keep a young athlete fit and ready to take to the pitch. These include: personal development plans, team building, mental resilience sessions, nutrition workshops, introduction to strength and conditioning, and recovery sessions.

Describe a day at REPs Football Day Camp

Training sessions will be delivered by UEFA-qualified coaches, many of whom have been involved in professional academy football across varying age groups.
Our training sessions will focus on ball manipulation, technical, small-sided, competitive games, and specialist positional masterclass workshops for Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders, and Strikers. These sessions will go into the finer details of the varying aspects of what it takes to be great in those positions.

Lunch

We are able to provide lunch. The food caters for a large range of dietary requirements, and the menus are designed to provide a young athlete with the energy and nutrition that they require. This is available at an additional charge and can be paid at the time of booking or on the day. Otherwise, players are welcome to bring a packed lunch, which will be stored in a cool place ready for lunchtime.

Clothing and Kit

When your child attends one of our football camps, it’s important that they arrive in weather-appropriate sportswear, including trainers, football boots and shin pads.

Additional general items: sunscreen, pen and notepad, water bottle, and a small backpack.

Please mark all clothing with your child’s name. Everyone is responsible for their own property.

Mobiles & Devices

Phones are welcome on camp and we hope to maintain a respectful policy around their use. REPs Football will not take any liability for the loss or damage to valuables.

During training sessions, workshops and meal times, there will be a no-phone policy unless permission has been granted by the lead coach. Players will be able to use their phones during free time.
