REPs Football aims to provide youths with outstanding experiences supported by leading staff. We run professional residential camps, not typical “holiday daycare” sessions.
We are looking for individuals who share our ambition. Whether you are a UEFA B coach, a physio, or a content creator, joining REPs means joining a journey that includes residential camps in the UK and international tournaments like the Gothia Cup in Sweden.

Lead Football Coach

Seeking UEFA B qualified coaches to lead players at our residential camps. Potential to lead a squad at the Gothia Cup 2025. You will deliver a carefully crafted syllabus including masterclasses.
Assistant Football Coach
📍 Reading / Sweden | ⏱ Seasonal / Residential
Enthusiastic Assistant Coaches needed to support lead staff. Ideal for Level 1/2 coaches looking to gain experience in a high-performance residential environment.
Sports Therapist / Physio
📍 Reading / Sweden | ⏱ Residential
Dedicated Sports Physiotherapist to join our team for player welfare and injury management during high-intensity residential camps and tournaments.
🇸🇪 Gothia Cup Internship / Work Experience
We are looking for students or recent graduates to join us at our Residential Camp in April, and our 10-day trip to Sweden in July. Opportunities available in:
