Are you a qualified and experienced Sports Physiotherapist with a passion for youth sports?

REPs Football is seeking a dedicated Sports Physiotherapist to join our team at our residential training camps in Reading and potentially at the Gothia Cup in Sweden in 2025.

Our residential camps provide a unique opportunity for young footballers to develop their skills and compete at a high level. As our Sports Physiotherapist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the players' health and well-being.

Already got a job? Don’t worry, these residentials are throughout the holidays so you are still free to continue in your current role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site physiotherapy to players aged 10-14 during training sessions and matches.
• Assess and treat sports-related injuries.
• Develop and implement injury prevention strategies to those who need it.
• Provide education and advice to players on injury management and rehabilitation if required.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and consultations.
• Potentially travel with the team to the Gothia Cup in Sweden (all expenses paid).

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

• Degree in Physiotherapy or related.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) / Society of Sports Therapists.
• Enhanced FA DBS certificate, including current up-to-date safeguarding.
• Experience working with youth athletes within an academy setting (Desirable).
• Excellent assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent record keeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for sports and a commitment to player welfare
