REPs Football are seeking enthusiastic Assistant Coaches to support our lead coaches at our residential training camps in Reading this Easter (and others) and potentially at the Gothia Cup in Sweden in 2025!

These aren’t your traditional holiday day camps; these camps have a carefully crafted schedule, that include guest workshops and masterclass sessions.

We host multiple residential camps throughout the year, along with trips to Sweden, and aim on participating in other European cups.

Simply put, we want players to feel confident, to try new things, to express themselves. We encourage mistakes. Happy players play happy football.

Already got a job? Don’t worry, these residentials are throughout the holidays so you are still free to continue in your current role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging training sessions for players aged 10-14.
• Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive, fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the implementation of REPs Football's coaching philosophy focused on individual player development.
• Help motivate and inspire players.
• Assist with some pastoral care within the accommodation (you'll be working alongside a team of coaches).

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

• FA Level 1 Coaching (Required for assistant coach or equivalent).
• Level 1 in First Aid in Football (Desirable).
• Current FA Enhanced DBS, including current up-to-date safeguarding.
• Experience coaching within the Foundation and/or Youth Development Phases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, and adaptability skills.
• A passion for football and a commitment to player development.

Benefits:

• Pay: £250 for the 3-day residential camp (accommodation and food provided).
