Residential Camp

Live like a footballer

Players from all regions will be invited to our exclusive PRO residential training camp. This is a 3-day event with a 2-night stay.

Players will stay at a private, independent school. On-site dining
will include meals catered to all dietary needs, including vegan, allergen-free, and no pork/meat options.

Over the 3 days, players will immerse themselves in over 10 hours of football, featuring a wide range of specialised training sessions tailored to enhance their skills.

In between the action on the pitch, we’ve arranged workshops led
by top professionals in their fields. Players will benefit from
sessions in Yoga, Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and
expert advice from Nutritionists.

With expertise spanning every phase of player development—from foundation and youth development to scholarship age and beyond—our team has a deep understanding of what it takes to not only become a professional footballer but to train like one.

Our sessions are led by top-tier coaches who are passionate about player development. With a carefully designed syllabus by our key staff, we’re focused on building confident, fearless, and skilled players.

Our key members of staff have a wealth of experience spanning over 80 years. Some members have helped scout or develop current international footballers. 

Training Masterclasses

To further refine their skills, players will take part in Masterclass
training sessions, each designed for specific positions:

  • Goalkeeping Masterclass
  • Defensive Masterclass
  • Midfielder Masterclass
  • Finishing Masterclass

Interactive Workshops

Time off the training pitch will be filled with fun activities and interactive workshops. Players will benefit from gaining knowledge in Yoga sessions, S&C sessions, our Nutritionists, and our SAQ's sessions. Together, these elements will provide players with a deeper understanding of "player self-care."

Training

There'll be over 10 hours of football over the 3 days.

GK Masterclass

Led by UEFA-qualified goalkeeper coaches, tailored specifically for goalkeepers, focusing on the unique skills required for this crucial position.

Defensive Masterclass

Designed exclusively for defensive players, these sessions concentrate on the strategies and techniques essential for strong defensive play.


Midfield Masterclass

Focused on destroyers & creators, this session emphasises ball retention, vision, and the skills needed to initiate and support attacks.

Finishing Masterclass

This session hones in on the art of finishing, covering attacking movements and various finishing techniques to perfect the final touch.

Yoga Workshop

We offer a workshop featuring football-specific yoga stretches that not only help reduce injuries but also speed up recovery
after training or matches. This session will be recorded so players can easily follow the routine on their own.

S&C Workshop

Understanding the body is crucial as players approach their teenage years. Our sports science experts will conduct a session focused on essential body movements, exercises, and physical activities tailored to meet the needs of growing athletes.


Nutritionist

In this interactive workshop, players will learn about the importance of nutrition, and the benefits of eating the right foods, and even get hands-on by creating high-energy smoothies.

Activities

Various fun activities over the three days to allow time for players to "let their hair down" and relax.

Social Bonding

Football is a team sport. Connecting, and bonding with each other is vital for everyone involved.

Fixtures

We will finish off the training camp with a mini festival, with the potential to have games against external teams.
