Assistant Football Coach

The Role

REPs Football is seeking qualified coaches to assistant a squad of ambitious young players at our upcoming residential camps. This is not a “babysitting” role; you will be helping deliver a high-performance syllabus designed to mirror a professional academy environment.

This role is perfect for those who are starting their coaching journey and want to gain experience whilst being surrounded by high-quality, highly-experienced lead coaches.

Successful candidates may also be invited to the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden (July 2026).

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging training sessions for players aged 10-14.
• ✓ Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment.
• ✓ Contribute to our coaching philosophy focused on individual player development.
• ✓ Help motivate and inspire players throughout the residential stay.
• ✓ Assist with pastoral care within the accommodation alongside a full team of coaches.

Requirements

• ✓ FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Required).
• ✓ Current FA Enhanced DBS & Up-to-date Safeguarding.
• ✓ Level 1 in First Aid in Football (Desirable).
• ✓ A passion for football and commitment to long-term player development.
