Professional Testing for Clubs & Schools
We bring professional-grade timing tech, and sports science expertise directly to your facility. Test your entire squad in one session.
Subjective Player Evaluation Holds You Back
Most clubs rely on coach opinion and trial matches to evaluate talent. But without objective data, you’re missing players with elite athletic potential and selecting based on technical skills alone.
- Players with pro-level speed who lack confidence
- Late developers with elite power metrics
- Endurance gaps across your squad
- Positional mismatches (e.g., CBs with winger speed)
Our data helps you make smarter selections, track development scientifically, and prove to parents that you’re investing in their child’s progression.

The Protocols
We don’t do random fitness tests. Every drill in our battery is selected to isolate specific physiological and cognitive attributes.

30m Sprint
SPEED
Dual-beam laser timing gates at 0m, 10m, and 30m. Measures acceleration phase and max velocity phase separately.
Separates “Force” (0-10m) from “Mechanics” (10-30m). Identifies if a player is an “Accelerator” or a “Glider.”
Beating defenders to a loose ball (10m) vs. Recovery runs (30m).
5-0-5 Test
AGILITY
Sprint 15m, turn 180Β° on a line, sprint 5m back. Tested on both left and right turning feet.
Isolates “Braking Strategy” (Deceleration) and “Re-acceleration.” High correlation to ACL injury risk if poor.
Tracking an attacker who changes direction; 1v1 defending.
Broad Jump
POWER
Standing two-footed jump for maximum horizontal distance. Measures lower-body explosive force.
Horizontal force production is the #1 physical predictor of sprint acceleration (0-5m).
That “first step” explosion to get away from a marker.
The Duel
BRAIN
High-intensity reaction test. 4-6 ROX pods scattered. Player must deactivate random light signals as fast as possible.
Tests the “OODA Loop” (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act). Measures peripheral vision and processing speed under fatigue.
Reacting to a deflected ball or sudden change of play.
Yo-Yo Test
STAMINA
Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1. 20m shuttle runs at increasing speeds with 10s recovery periods.
Unlike a continuous run, this mimics football’s stop-start nature. Measures VO2 Max and recovery capacity.
Maintaining sprint intensity in the 85th minute.
Neuro-Touch
TECH
Rebound boards with light pods. Player must scan, receive, and pass to the matching light color.
Tests “Cognitive Load Management.” Can you execute technical skills while your brain is busy processing signals?
Scanning the pitch and finding a pass under pressure.
The Problem Solver
The Challenge
Subjective Selection: Academy Directors often rely on subjective match opinion to justify retention decisions. This leads to difficult conversations with parents and the risk of releasing “late developers”, e.g: players with elite physical potential who haven’t yet matured technically.
The Solution
Objective Auditing: We deploy the “Squad Audit” protocol: testing your entire age group on Speed, Power, Cognitive, and Agility metrics. This creates an instant, objective internal leaderboard and benchmarks your players against national age-group standards (both grassroots and academy).
The Results
- Identify Hidden Talent: Spot the player with the 95th percentile speed who just lacks game confidence.
- Validate Decisions: Use objective data visualisation to back up your retention/release conversations with stakeholders.
- Gap Analysis: Instantly see if a specific age group is falling behind compare to the year above.
- But also, use data to find development areas across squad players, and implement new focused training sessions.

Many clubs book 2-3 sessions per year to track development. We offer discounted rates for repeat bookings.
Common Questions
Can we test multiple age groups in one day?
Yes. We can run back-to-back sessions (e.g., U14s 9-11am, U16s 11am-1pm). Common for academies testing multiple squads.
Do you offer retesting packages?
Yes. Many clubs book 2-3 sessions per year (pre-season, mid-season, end-of-season). Discounted rates for repeat bookings.
What if it rains on testing day?
Light rain is fine (3G/4G pitches work in all weather). Heavy rain may require rescheduling. Indoor sports halls are weather-proof alternatives.
Can you provide data for scouting/trials?
Yes. Some clubs use our testing at trials to objectively compare trialists. We can provide individual reports or anonymous squad comparisons.
