Elite residential football camp this Easter

What if three days could change how your child understands what it really takes to become a better footballer?

This Easter (6–8 April 2026), REPs Football is running a residential football camp at Leighton Park School in Reading, built for ambitious players who want more than just games and drills. The camp combines on-pitch intensity with academy-style education, so your child comes home not just tired, but measurably better.

This is football, the REPs way. We aim to help develop fearless, confident, expressive players by investing time into the individual.

What makes REPs different

At REPs Football, the focus is simple: create a high-performance environment that mirrors the life of a professional footballer, adapted for youth players.

Rather than treating the holidays as a way to β€œfill time”, the residential camp is designed as a three-day immersion in development: objective testing, detailed coaching, Talent ID, and off-pitch education that builds football IQ and healthy habits.

Measurable progress, not vague feedback

Most players are used to hearing things like β€œplayed well”, β€œworked hard”, or β€œlooked sharp”, but that kind of feedback rarely tells them how to actually improve.

At REPs, every player completes Speed, Agility, and Cognitive assessments using professional laser technology, the same type of technology used in elite sporting environments. That means your child leaves camp with real numbers on key metrics such as 10m acceleration and change-of-direction speed, so you can see where they are now and track their progress over time. Each player will receive a digital profile that details their metrics and compares them against benchmarked results.

The pro-style camp experience

Elite development goes beyond the 90 minutes on the pitch. The residential schedule is built to show players what a more professional routine looks and feels like, in a way that’s engaging and age-appropriate.

Across the three days, players take part in interactive workshops, some of these are:

  • Performance nutrition workshops
Learning how to fuel before, during, and after training, so they understand what to eat and why.
  • Yoga and recovery work
Introducing mobility, stretching, and basic recovery strategies to help reduce injury risk and build good habits early.

The aim is that players leave camp not only technically sharper, but with a clearer picture of how serious players think, prepare, and recover.

Coaching quality and small group focus

To deliver genuine individual attention, the camp is capped and staffed intentionally.

REPs Football uses a strict 1:8 coach-to-player ratio, with UEFA-qualified coaches and staff who have experience in academy and high-level youth environments. Smaller groups mean more touches, more feedback, and sessions that can be adapted to the needs of each player instead of running one-size-fits-all drills.

Value built around development

Residential football camps can be a significant investment, so the focus at REPs is on delivering clear value for families: development, not just a badge and a certificate.

Across three days, players benefit from intensive on-pitch work, professional testing, off-pitch education, and a structured residential environment, all priced to be accessible compared to typical β€œbig badge” residential options, while still maintaining high standards in staffing, facilities, and curriculum.

Who this camp is for

This Easter residential camp is designed for players who:

  • Love football and want to be challenged in a serious but supportive environment
  • Are curious about what β€œtraining like a pro” actually looks like day to day
  • Want clear feedback and data they can use to guide future training
  • Enjoy being around like-minded players who are motivated to improve

If that sounds like your child, this environment is likely to suit them extremely well.
